Manual or classical osteopathy is a safe and gentle manual therapy. We use body mechanics and our anatomical knowledge to realign body systems for optimal blood flow, drainage and supply to all tissues of the body. We can treat people of all ages and a variety of difficulties. We create motion in the body where motion is lost and reposition the body so it can continue the healing process.

Reflexology is a hands on complementary therapy that focuses on points on the feet. There are zones on our feet and hands that correspond to every gland, organ and area within our body and by using techniques and pressure on specific points we can encourage the body to ease into a healing response.
