Manual Osteopathy

Manual or classical osteopathy is a safe and gentle manual therapy. We use body mechanics and our anatomical knowledge to realign body systems for optimal blood flow, drainage and supply to all tissues of the body. We can treat people of all ages and a variety of difficulties. We create motion in the body where motion is lost and reposition the body so it can continue the healing process.

Reflexology

Reflexology is a hands on complementary therapy that focuses on points on the feet. There are zones on our feet and hands that correspond to every gland, organ and area within our body and by using techniques and pressure on specific points we can encourage the body to ease into a healing response.

Reiki

Reiki is an energy healing that is based on healing and balancing the life energy that flows through each of us. It can be a wonderful way of clearing our old, stagnant energy, soothing your nervous system, surrendering and releasing fear and uncertainties while supporting your body, mind and spirit.

Serene Pierce had been a birth and postpartum doula for several years before she was introduced to reflexology and Reiki within the lens of reproductive and maternal wellness. While her heart is in supporting those who are in their reproductive journeys, through fertility, prenatal, postpartum, end of pregnancy/loss all the way through to peri/menopause she is thrilled to welcome anyone who is called to book with her. Jaclyn Rockwell M.OMSc

Jaclyn Rockwell is the owner of Rockwell Osteopathy and graduated form the Canadian Academy of Osteopathy in 2019. She is a member in good standing with OOA and OSTCAN. Jaclyn has a particular specialty in athletes, female issues, chronic pain, and pediatrics as well as pre/post-natal care. When she’s not working she loves any outdoor sports especially kayaking, swimming and hiking.
